Initially, I wasn't able to add a night booking for King courtyard bedroom, but they kept our request in mind, and were able to find the same type room for all the nights we were there - so we didn't have to change rooms mid-trip. The pool was really nice and restaurant tasty/convenient. Rooms were good sized and the little coffee, fridge, micro sink in our room was perfect. Convenient plentiful parking. All the employees were friendly, helpful, and seemed happy - which is rare these days.

The front desk woman. She was a younger gal. My 9 year old son had misunderstood my directions and went looking for me, rather than waiting while I loaded our car up for departure. He was very upset and had gotten lost. The front desk girl was very compassionate and accommodating when helping him back to our room and waited with him upon my return. For this I'm most grateful! I'm unsure of her name but it was Sunday morning July 14th of this year. When I returned our key cards, I pulled her aside to thank her again in private. I found myself grabbing and hugging her. I couldn't help myself!-She graciously hugged back and said it was no problem,that she understands how these things happen. Thanks again 👍🏼

It was unanimous that a return trip is indeed in the future possibly a yearly destination getaway. The pool was perfection. Room was large and had privacy for sharing with another. The grounds were beautiful and in bloom making the courtyard outdoor dinning classy. Max's restaurant was a dinner experience of fine steak and with breakfast included with our booking, well worth it.

They were so courteous and helpful. I had originally scheduled a 2 night stay, but had to cancel the first night. Well, I mistakenly cancelled the wrong night but I didn’t realize it until the morning I thought was my reservation date. Naomi and the Manager at the hotel generously transferred my reservation and payment to the night I needed to stay. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. Naomi was responsive, kind and empathetic to my dilemma. I will definitely stay there and recommend others to do the same!

Easy to get to from the interstate. Restaurant was awesome and the made to order breakfast was a real bonus. The room was clean and very comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hot food hot was hot . The sweet bread was stale is the worse thing I can say. The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. The location was convenient

Size and furnishings of the room were exceptional. Our room had a leather couch and chair with ottoman as well as a desk and a comfortable office hair. It's also nice to have the convenience of an extra mirror and sink outside of the bath area. We really enjoyed the full breakfast in the morning. It was always being checked and replenished by staff and the food was fresh and well prepared.

I've stayed here five times now. This past stay was the only questionable one. The rooms are large, quiet, very comfortable. I don't use them but these guys even have large robes in the room for you. Pool area was super clean. Breakfast if the best I've had in any hotel (I stay about 80 times a year. They even have real ceramic coffee cups and glass glasses. No plastic or foam crap. Shower is great. Beds comfortable.

It was a bustling property with a number of baseball teams around. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was working hard to get everyone fed in a reasonable amount of time and I appreciated seeing actual culinary professionals working on the buffet. I also enjoyed relaxing on the small outdoor deck.
